  • Sports Development Officer (SDO)
• Appointed at the AGM, members of the EC (with full voting rights):
  • Finance Officer (FO)
  • Qualification and Standards Development Officer (QSO)
• Appointed members of the EC (non-voting):
  • External Advisors (EA)
• Non-attending appointed officers (non-voting):
  • DBS Officers (DBO)
  • First Aid Officers (FAO)
  • Patrons (PS)

To hear and accept the following reports:

• Chairman
• Chief Executive Officer
• Finance Officer
• Membership Officer

Please send proposals for consideration at the meeting, nominations for the elected
position to the General Secretary, via e-mail by close of play on: 31st October 2024.

Proposals for consideration at the meeting must be seconded and signed (wet signature or electronically or confirmed via e-mail) by both the proposer and seconder.

Nominations for positions must be seconded and signed (wet signature or electronically or confirmed via e-mail) by the proposer, the seconder and the candidate.

A short synopsis of the candidates’ suitability for the role is also requested. All must be
current members of the British Aikido Association.
