BAA Junior and Senior (South Area)

Open to:
- BAA clubs from the Southern and Western regions only.
Entry Fee:
- Juniors: £10.00 per person – BAA Members
- Seniors (over 18s): £20 per person – BAA Members
All entrants must hold current insurance and bring proof, with their Record Book, on the day.

Youth Events
Under 12 years (10 to 11 yrs old)

Under 14 years (12 to 13 yrs old)

Senior Events
(Over 16 yrs unless specified otherwise)
Any Grade

- Open Kata (unarmed 2 min)
Any Grade (over 18s only)
- Individual Randori – Male
- Individual Randori – Female
- All Kata will be run on a knock-out flag system.
- Judging of Junior Tanto Kakarigeiko and Ninin dori will be judged, via the points system.
- Competitors cannot enter more than one age range per event.
Coaching Session:
Between 10:00 and 12:30 a coaching session will be run covering junior and senior competition rules and refereeing.
Anyone wishing to register for the course should email the General Secretary by 14th October 2024 at gs@britishaikidoassociation.co.uk
Registration Schedule:
The competition will run from 13:00 to 17.00. However, all competitors must be available to register from 12.00pm as follows:
- 12:00 to 12:15 – Under 8s and Under 10s
- 12:15 to 12:30 – Under 12s and Under 14s
- 12:30 to 12:45 – Under 16s & Seniors
This is to allow organisers time to readjust any event due to changes in number of competitors on the day.
All entrants must hold current insurance and bring proof, with their Record Book, on the day.

This entry form will automatically close at midnight on 14th October 2024 and there will be no further opportunity to submit entries.
