Club Champions
The first Junior Nationals organised by the BAA was in 1977 at Leeds Athletic Institute, Leeds. Since then there have been 45 Junior National championships.
The Leeds Aikido club is the most successful junior club with 26 National championships. They were club champions for 15 consecutive years from 1986 to 2000 ! This run was eventually ended by the Bradford Club, who went on to win the club championship for 6 consecutive years.
