Preparation for grading and the BAA way

The course is a seminar/workshop aimed specifically at aikidoka who are 2nd kyu and below.
The course will look at what the BAA is looking for from candidates taking a kyu grading, what is being tested, what the BAA criteria is and how to maximize the chances of success at gradings.
It will explore the basic principles that apply in kata and freeplay.
