From 25th July to Sunday 28th July the first BAA Summer School since Covid, was held at Ichiban Leeds. With over 100 adults & juniors attending this event.

2023 Kazushi Seminar
Sessions explored parts of the Dai Ni, Dai San, Dai Yon and Goshin Ho looking into principles of Kazushi and timing. Delivered by senior BAA Instructors.

2023 Rising Dawn Seminar
Rising Dawn Seminar held in April in Antrim. 16th April. Sessions on Koryu Dai Go; Koryu Dai San weapon sections; Aikido randori practice and personal protection

2017 BAA “North of the River”
South Of the River Seminar with Ken Broome, Paul Wildish and Shaun Hoddy. Covered Goshin ho, Koryu Dai Go and original 15 Kihon Waza taught by Senta Yamada.

2016 BAA South of the River
2016 SOTR was hosted by Dick Todd at the Thanet Martial Arts Centre.
Explored Tachi Dori section of the Koryu Dai Roku and Tanto techniques using a broken spear. Shaun Hoddy explored Koryu Dai Roku. -

2016 Spring School was again hosted by Winchester Judo & Martial Arts Club.
Coaches for this school were Paul Holding 5th Dan, Bob Jones 7th Dan, Lesley Hepden 8th Dan, Paul Wildish 7th Dan, Tony Davis 6th Dan (Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu) and Lindsay Comens 3rd Dan. -

2014 BAA Summer School (North)
BAA Summer School (North) was again held at St Mary’s School, Ilkley. This year the instructors were Konaka San (JAA 6th Dan), Bob Jones (7th Dan), V. Fairchild (5th Dan) and Toni Davies (BAB).
